At CC Timepieces, we value your trust above all else. Our commitment is to make buying a watch online a seamless, transparent, and straightforward experience. That’s why we guarantee that every watch we offer is 100% genuine and authentic, unless explicitly stated to contain aftermarket components — such as a non-OEM strap or a custom diamond bezel.

Each watch we sell is typically shipped within one business day after your order is received and payment is verified. All U.S. orders are sent via FedEx two-day shipping and come with full insurance at no extra cost to you, unless otherwise arranged.

There are 3 types of payment that we currently accept:

• Bank Wire
• Zelle
• Cash (for in-person deals only)

For anyone wanting to purchase with a credit card, or use PayPal — you can purchase from our Ebay store or Chrone24, but the prices will be higher to account for their fees. We are considering accepting credit cards in the future, but haven't been able to find a solution that both protects our business and isn't a large cost burden to our clients. We use the pricing options above because it allows us to sell watches for the best possible price.

We offer international shipping to many countries, partnering with a third-party insurance service alongside FedEx. If full insurance coverage is available for your destination, we will proceed with shipping. Please note that any VAT or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, and CC Timepieces holds no liability for these charges. Additionally, international shipping incurs an extra fee due to higher costs compared to domestic shipping. 

We accept trade-ins for most luxury watch brands. To begin the process, we'll need photos of your watch, details about its condition, and whether it includes the original box and papers. Based on this information, we will provide an estimated trade-in value.

Once you're ready to proceed, we’ll send you a fully insured shipping label so you can securely send your watch to us. Upon arrival, it will undergo authentication and a thorough inspection to ensure it matches the description provided. If there are discrepancies, CC Timepieces reserves the right to adjust the trade-in offer accordingly.

After everything is verified, we’ll finalize any remaining balance, whether you need to add cash to your trade or we add cash to complete the deal.

Selling Your Watch

Selling your watch to CC Timepieces is an excellent choice. If you have a timepiece you no longer wear or need cash for any reason, we’ll offer you a fair market price. Our offers reflect the fact that most watches we purchase are pre-loved — meaning they may require servicing, polishing, and shipping costs before we resell them. Since this is a business, we have to ensure profitability when making a purchase.

Once we agree on a price, we provide a fully insured shipping label for you to send in your watch. Upon arrival, it undergoes thorough authentication and inspection to confirm its condition. If everything checks out, payment will be sent within 24–48 hours via your preferred method. However, if there are undisclosed issues, such as authenticity concerns, malfunctions, or significant damage, CC Timepieces reserves the right to adjust the purchase price accordingly.

Trading Your Watch

Trading in your watch is an excellent way to upgrade or exchange it for a new timepiece. We accept most luxury watch brands as trade-ins. To begin, share clear photos and details about your watch, including its condition and whether it comes with its original box and papers.

After reviewing the details, we’ll provide an estimated trade-in value and a fully insured shipping label for you to send the watch to us. Once received, it will go through authentication and inspection to verify its condition. If discrepancies arise, such as unexpected damage or misrepresentation, CC Timepieces reserves the right to adjust the trade-in offer.

Once everything is settled, we’ll finalize any remaining balance. Whether you’re adding cash to your trade or receiving cash from us, we ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Consigning Your Watch

If maximizing your return is the priority, consigning your watch is the best option. While this means waiting until your watch is sold before receiving payment, it allows us to secure the highest possible price for you while deducting only a small commission from the final sale.

The process starts with you sending photos and details about your watch. Together, we determine an appropriate listing price. Once agreed, we send a fully insured FedEx shipping label along with a consignment agreement outlining the terms.

Upon receiving your watch, we take professional photographs and list it for sale. If lower offers come in, we’ll consult you before accepting or declining them. Once sold, you receive the net payment after our consignment fee is deducted. See below for details on our fee structure. 

• Sale Price $2,500–$5,000 → $500 fee
• Sale Price $5,000–$15,000 → 10% fee
• Sale Price $15,000–$20,000 → 9% fee
• Sale Price $20,000–$25,000 → 8% fee
• Sale Price $25,000–$30,000 → 7% fee
• Sale Price $30,000–$40,000 → 6% fee
• Sale Price $40,000–$60,000 → 5% fee
• Sale Price $60,000–$100,000 → 4% fee
• Sale Price Over $100,000 → 3% fee

The consignment fee covers shipping, inspection, and authentication costs. However, if your watch requires servicing or polishing, those expenses will be deducted from the net proceeds after the consignment fee is applied.

For example, if your watch sells for $7,500: $7,500 – $750 (consignment fee) – $50 (polish fee) = $6,700 net to the consignor.
